SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods We currently ship within the United States via FedEx. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact FedEx first. For any other shipping issues, contact us at hello@iracollective.shop and we'll do our best to help.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Address Changes Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
